Open marketplaces let anyone sign up, then leave you to sift the proposals. Job boards charge per listing and stop there. HireDesk does neither. Work only goes to WorkGlobal members, who are identity-checked and skills-screened before their first gig, and your money sits with us until you approve the work.
If a member drops out mid-gig, we replace them from the pool and the work carries on. When a gig goes well, keep the member on a retainer — or take them on permanently through WorkGlobal.
Gigs originate in WorkGlobal, the group’s single front door. HireDesk operates the desk behind each one: dispatch, held funds, delivery and support, governed by a controlled document suite from client terms to payout policy.
