How it works

One door, one desk. Everything happens in WorkGlobal; HireDesk is the desk behind it — dispatch, held funds and delivery.

For employers

  1. Post in WorkGlobal. A free business account posts the opportunity — title, budget or rate, deadline, what “done” looks like.
  2. Dispatch is automatic. HireDesk sends it to matched, vetted members. There is no proposal pile to sift.
  3. A member accepts. You fund the gig; HireDesk holds the money — the member sees payment is secured before starting.
  4. Track delivery in WorkGlobal. Milestones, revisions and messages in one place.
  5. Approve and release. 90% goes to the member. The flat 10% is the only charge.

For members

  1. Join WorkGlobal. Vetting happens once — identity and skills — when you become a member.
  2. Matched opportunities reach your app. Each shows the value and your 90% up front.
  3. Open it in WorkGlobal. Tap an opportunity and accept it right there in the app.
  4. Work with payment secured. The money sits with HireDesk from the start, not with a stranger.
  5. Get paid on approval. 90% of every gig, released when the employer approves.

This site is a reference board. It shows what’s live and explains how the desk works; every action — posting, accepting, delivery, payment — happens in WorkGlobal on your existing member or business account. There is nothing to register for here and no second password.
